About the program
One of the prerequisites for being able to lead others is the ability to lead oneself. Through awareness of one’s own skills, a powerful and effective development process is created that is measurable, individually adapted and concrete. Furthermore, a clear and distinct management philosophy will be established; what the individual leader believes in, what is required of the leadership role, how one as a leader communicates and motivates optimally and how one is able to lead one’s employees based on their point of view and personality.
How do we ensure measurable leadership development?
Development of leadership skills is a continuous process that must be adapted and implemented as part of your leadership role in everyday life. Awareness of one’s own behaviour, attitudes, communication (conscious vs unconscious), goal management, 360 degree feedback and follow-up are all factors that in sum create a good and confident leader.

- Self-insight and self-knowledge
- Personal mastery
- Motivation and coping
- Communication and constructive feedback
- Delegation and encouragement
- Goal and performance management

Planning
Executing the plan
Measure performance
Improvement processes should require a little extra from us and at the same time be inspiring, educational, developing and fun. It is important to have good support systems such as Improve as well as a collegial community that supports each other in daily operations via Improve as a digital interaction platform.
